Since I hate needles, this was AWESOME. A little squirt up each nostril and I am protected against like 6 kinds of flu. No needles included.
I find this interesting though - it's a LIVE virus so women who are pregnant or anyone over a certain age aren't allowed to have it. Whereas the shot is a dead virus, so it's fine for basically anyone. I'd take the live virus over a needle in the arm any day...so that will be my choice until I fall under one of those "flu squirt forbidden" categories.
...I think I just came up with a new phrase! A Flu Squirt!
